Principal & Founder
Connie is the founder and CEO of UFUND Ventures, a real estate investment firm that focuses on small and mid-cap markets in the US.
She also founded Texas Renaissance Homes to invest in off-market distressed real estate, wholesale, Fix-flip and value-add opportunities. With a steady and rapid success, her business started to grow, and it’s continuously expanding.
Connie has completed real estate transactions in the thousands, and managed assets value in the hundreds of millions USD. She currently manages a real estate portfolio value over $75M.
Prior to 2006, Connie worked for Visa, Dell and Cisco. Once in real estate, she began to apply her extensive tech background by developing tools to determine property valuation, increase team collaborations, and maximize revenue/profitability.
Connie earned her master’s degree in Computer Science from George Mason University (Virgnia), and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics in China.
Managing Partner
Benjamin has 13+ years of experience in finance and investment, specifically in commercial banking, real estate, venture capital and private equity.
When serving as head of investor relations at an alternative investment platform, Ben grew the company’s revenue by 10X from low 8-digit to 9-digit in transactions volume.
Ben earned his B.A. from UCLA and MBA from Cal State Monterey Bay. He holds FINRA Series 82 and 63 licenses.
